How to Become a Member

Join at the gym store

You can use the facilities immediately after completing the enrollment procedures by coming to the gym store during the staff reception hours at each gym.
*Please bring your indoor shoes for immediate use after the enrollment.

Membership Procedures

What do I need for the membership process?

●Certificate of Identification
Please bring one of the followings: driver's license, health insurance card, Individual Number Card, passport, Basic Resident Registration Card, alien registration certificate
●Credit card or bank cash card in your name
*If you are under 18 years old, a parental authority must apply for the membership. In this case, identification of the parental authority is required.
●No shoes are allowed in the gym stores.
Please bring your indoor shoes if you wish to train immediately after joining.

Where can I apply for the membership?

You can apply at the gym store where you want to sign up.
Please find your nearest gym from the list of stores.
You can also enroll in advance on the web through our website.
*Please come to the gym during the staff reception hours at the initial registration to confirm your identification and register your membership card.

Can a minor age join?

The age of 16 to under 18 years old
Parental authority’s approval is required.
Available only from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
・Under the age of 16 years old
A parental authority (accompanying person) must also become the member and must accompany the minor age member.
Available only from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Do you have a corporate membership system?

What payment options are available?

You can choose from credit card payment and account transfer (bank debit).

If joining in the middle of the month, what happens to my first month's membership fee?

For the 5,980 yen (6,570 yen: including tax) plan, the fee is prorated for enrollment on the 1st, 11th, and 21st of the month.
*There is no daily rate for the Standard Plan.

When is the settlement and debit date?

The current month's membership fee is settled on the 15th of each month.
*The debit date varies by credit card company.
*If the payment is not settled on the 15th, the outstanding amount will be re-settled on the following 1st of the month.

What happens if the deposit is not made in time for the withdrawal date?

Can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method.
By contacting the signed gym store, the member can easily register changes through URL.
*Some changes cannot be handled by some URLs, in which case you will need to come to the gym store.

Can I tour the gym store?

You are welcome to visit anytime when our staff is available.

Can I have a trial?

Do you have trainers?

It varies by store.

Are there showers or baths available?

All stores have private shower rooms with no charge.

*No bath facilities are provided.

Are there parking and bicycle parking available?

It varies depending on the gym store.

Do you have private lockers?

Many stores have free lockers available.
The availability of private lockers varies by store.

Do you have regular closing days?

No, we do not.
Basically, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
*Some of our gyms are not applicable. For details, please check the store list for applicable gyms.
*The gyms may close temporarily if it is unable to operate due to various inspections, repairs, or damage caused by natural disasters.

Is the staff available 24 hours?

It is not 24 hours.

Can I only use the facilities during staffed hours?

The members can use the facilities anytime in 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
*Some gyms may not be applicable.

Can I use all gyms other than the one where I enrolled?

Yes, you can use the service at any of our gyms.
*It varies depending on your enrollment plan.

Can I join a gym with a low monthly membership fee and use a gym with a high monthly membership fee?

Basically, if you enroll in a plan with a low monthly fee, mutual use among the gyms is not available.

How can I change my payment method?

Please contact the registered gym.
The members who have registered e-mail addresses can change through URL.
*In some cases, changes cannot be handled by URL.
 In such cases, you will need to visit the gym.

The applicable month for the changed payment method depends on the registered gym store.

URL for changing the payment method is invalid.

URL for registering a change of payment method will become invalid after 24 hours from the issue.
We will send you URL again.

What do I need to do if I want to take a recess?

You need to visit the gym store where you registered and complete the procedure in person.
*The condition of a request for recess is being enrolled for at least 6 months.
*A maximum of 6 months of recess is possible with a single request.
(Deadline for a recess request: 9th of each month, treated as recess from the 1st of the following month)
Please notify the month to return at a recess procedure and you will be automatically reinstated.
*If you are unable to come due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the registered gym store.

The recess fee is 1,100 yen per month (tax included).

How can I request for withdrawal from my membership?

You need to visit the gym store where you registered and complete the procedure in person.
(Deadline for a withdrawal request: 15th of the month prior to the desired month of withdrawal)
*If you are unable to come due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the registered gym store.

Can you issue a receipt?

Yes, we can issue receipts.

Can I cancel my membership if I return to my home country within the minimum period of use?

For canceling the membership within the minimum period of use, you need to pay the monthly fee for the remainder of the membership term. You can apply for withdrawal from the membership after confirming full payment.

I have no phone number to contact.

If you do not have your own number, please register someone's phone number as an emergency contact.

There was a month I did not use the facility. Do I have to pay the monthly fee for that month?

Even if you did not use the service, you will be charged a monthly membership fee as long as you have registered.

Can I pay the monthly membership fee in cash?

Payment is by credit card or account transfer only.
